Shawbury Sunday.

13th June saw the annual Cosford airshow, but for something different we went to RAF Shawbury to see the jets depart and return as Cosford's runway was not long enough to accommodate them.

The day started with clear blue sky and very warm, but by the time we left it was almost dark and the lane was resembling a river - not good for 3.30pm!!

Still, it was great to see the Tonka's, Typhoon, Reds, and others depart for Cosford at such close quarters.
